1. Provider
GoGermany Citizenship Test is operated by Abdullah Tayyab, c/o Rafiq, Dunckerstraße 20, 10437 Berlin, Germany ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms.
2. No Affiliation with BAMF
GoGermany is an independent preparation platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Bundesamt für Migration und Flüchtlinge (BAMF) or any German government authority. The official Einbürgerungstest is administered solely by BAMF and its authorised testing centres.
3. Accuracy of Questions
The questions on this platform are based on the official BAMF Gesamtfragenkatalog (as of 07 May 2025). We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and up to date. However:
- Correct answers to certain questions may change following elections, legislative changes, or BAMF updates.
- We do not guarantee that every answer reflects the current correct answer at the time of your exam.
- Users are advised to cross-check time-sensitive questions (e.g. coalition government composition) against the official BAMF catalog before their exam.
We accept no liability for exam failure resulting from reliance on content provided on this platform.
4. No Guarantee of Passing
Use of this platform does not guarantee that you will pass the Einbürgerungstest. Exam results depend on individual preparation, performance on the day, and the specific questions drawn. We provide a preparation tool only.
5. Payment and Refunds
Access beyond the 3-day free period requires a one-time payment of €9.99 (lifetime access, no subscription). We offer a 7-day full refund from the date of purchase — no questions asked. To request a refund, email a.tayyab15218@gmail.com. Payments are processed by Stripe Inc.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Abdullah Tayyab / GoGermany shall not be liable for:
- Failure to pass the citizenship test
- Inaccuracies or outdated content in the question catalog
- Loss of data, interruption of service, or technical errors
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform
Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount paid by you for access to the platform (maximum €9.99).
7. User Obligations
You agree not to share your account credentials, reproduce or redistribute the question catalog, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
